You can decode .rpyc files using the unrpyc.py script and extract archives with the unrpa.py script. Both have manuals where they are posted. WebDDLC and DDLC+ run on two completely different engines. Most mods are for regular DDLC since Ren'Py is much easier to mod then Unity.
