WebHey bro, same issue here. I have gigabyte vision oc 3070. This seems to be issue with the drivers as well as gpu. I got rid of the green dots by reseating the gpu and making sure the pcie plug for gpu is properly installed. This solved the green dots but then I started facing black screen and nvlddmkm BSOD.
