All conspicuous seems to do is increases the range that you get noticed by zombies. In this case, you can still break line of sight and be fine. But with clumsy you'll be easily tracked down. WebI take short sighted and hard of hearing too. Honestly perceiving zombies is good and all but normally I see them from a mile away anyway. Hard of hearing can reduce what you 'see' behind you, but I like it way more than deaf. The game without sound sucks imho. I have tried taking high thirst and it doesn't seem very different from normal thirst.
